A cheque for £500.00 was presented to Jill Parker, Project Co-ordinator of The JPK Project by The Willingdon Football Club. The amount was raised from their Annual Boxing Day Swim at the pier and was gained from sponsorship and through bucket collections pn the day. Jill was delighted to receive this cheque from players, prior to their home match at Huggetts Lane. Jill said ” I’m grateful for their financial assistance to help us realise The JPK Project and even more importantly, the knowledge that a further local organisation within the community supports our aims and objectives, to realise a residential centre for people with a learning disability in East Sussex.”
